The boat has not been used since ~ 2010 which is approximately when it was last bottom painted.
Until recently, the engines were started and warmed up at the dock and then the boat was taken out for a short trip on the bay. This brought the engines up to full load and full operating temperature and they worked very well.
The last major overhaul on the engines was a $40K project in 2000. In 2002 one engine had a valve failure and new heads and valves were installed for $14K.
The tanks were emptied in January of 2015, the RACOR fuel filters were replaced and 100 gallons of fresh fuel was loaded. Once removed, the old filters showed no signs of algae or contamination in the tanks.
